James 1:1~18
James 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. 2 I MC VC
James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 26 I MC VC
James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 30 I MC VC
James 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 21 I MC VC
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 27 I MC VC
James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 23 I MC VC
James 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 18 I MC VC
James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. 9 I MC VC
James 1:9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: MC VC
James 1:10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away. 4 I MC VC
James 1:11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways. 2 I MC VC
James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. 37 I MC VC
James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 16 I MC VC
James 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 I MC VC
James 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. 17 I MC VC
James 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 9 I MC VC
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. 16 I MC VC
James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. 7 I MC VC
James 5:7~20
James 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 21 I MC VC
James 5:8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. 31 I MC VC
James 5:9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. 13 I MC VC
James 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience. 13 I MC VC
James 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. 21 I MC VC
James 5:12 But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation. MC VC
James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. 13 I MC VC
James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 7 I MC VC
James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 22 I MC VC
James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. 17 I MC VC
James 5:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. 7 I MC VC
James 5:18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. 7 I MC VC
James 5:19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 3 I MC VC
James 5:20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. 9 I MC VC
